Nearly 30 years experience in the property sector both in the UK and internationally. Previously worked in the USA on Wall Street in the financial and investment sectors. Rowed for Great Britain and was a member of the 1992 Olympic Rowing Team.
Experienced in turn around management situations having led the restructuring and redevelopment of Chesterton (2006) following its acquisiton from receivership and Humberts (2008) to create Chesterton Humberts, recognised as one of the premier mid to upper market property agencies in the UK. In 2014 successfully spun out Humberts and undertook a global rebrand to develop Chestertons.
Experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions having acquired and successfully integrated numerous businesses. Proven track record for prudent financial management and cash flow management, company stabilisation and reinvigoration. Particular interest in brand development and brand creation with sound knowledge of marketing and creative innovation.
Expert understanding of multi-site service businesses and experienced in establishing new locations both within the UK and Internationally.

With experience covering every aspect of the real estate value chain, including deal origination, master planning, sales, marketing and asset management, coupled with an enviable track record of implementing outperforming business development, transformation and growth strategies. Robert is uniquely placed to deliver transformative results in new and existing operations in multiple jurisdictions. Robert has held several senior leadership positions for Savills Plc, Berkeley Group Plc and Chestertons Group whilst stationed in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
